Both The Cubs And White Sox Lose On Saturday Night

The Cincinnati Reds beat the Chicago Cubs on Saturday for the third straight game. The final score was 6-3.

Cincinnati is now 1 game back behind the New York Mets for the final wild-card spot in the National League.

T.J. Friedl and Tyler Stephenson also went deep for the Reds who won their 4th straight game.

The Cubs had home runs by Michael Busch and Reese McGuire. Chicago has lost their last 3 games since clinching a playoff spot last Wednesday.

The Red look for the 4-game sweep in the series Sunday afternoon in Cincinnati.

A 4-run 6th inning Saturday night gave the San Diego Padres a 7-3 win over the Chicago White Sox.

Ryan O’Hearn had a 3-run double in the inning for the Padres. He had 3 hits in the game.
