CHICAGO — Former President Joe Biden is returning to Illinois this week. The Sun Times reports Biden will be speaking tomorrow at the National Bar Association’s annual gala in Chicago. His visit comes two months after he publicly disclosed that he is battling prostate cancer. The former president was last in Chicago in April to speak at the 2025 Conference of Advocates, Counselors, and Representatives for the Disabled.
