The Chicago Bears are dealing with some injuries ahead of training camp. The Bears placed cornerback Jaylon Johnson on the non-football injury list over the weekend. The two-time Pro Bowler is entering his sixth NFL season.
Johnson had two interceptions and 53 tackles last year.
In other team news, the Bears had all of their rookies report to Halas Hall for training camp on Saturday. Veterans are set to report Tuesday.
The Bears first Preseason game is on August 10th at Soldier Field against Miami.
