The Bears are welcoming a new assistant general manager. The team promoted Jeff King from his post as senior player personnel director. He replaces Ian Cunningham, who was named the general manager of the Atlanta Falcons.
King has been part of some of the Bears biggest decisions in recent years and was on the search committee that selected head coach Ben Johnson one year ago.
