Vandalism Reported at Mix Park in Oregon

OREGON — The Oregon Park District reported Thursday that a tree at Mix Park was broken in half and a sign was damaged within the last day or so. The tree, which was planted a year ago, had been growing well until the incident. The park district says they have notified the Oregon Police Department and is seeking information from the public on tips as to who may be responsible. Residents with information are encouraged to contact Oregon Park District or the Oregon Police Department.
