SPRINGFIELD — Local governments across Illinois can now apply for Open Space Lands Acquisition and Development (OSLAD) grants to support the purchase and development of land for public parks and open space. The application period began July 1st and will remain open until September 30th. Full details and application instructions are available on the Illinois Department of Natural Resources website.
