DEKALB – A 20-year-old man has died after being shot multiple times early June 8th in a northwest DeKalb neighborhood, police said. Officers responded to the 2200 block of Eves Circle East, where another man told them he called 911 and shot the victim following a fight. Police said the man holds a valid FOID card and concealed carry license and has been cooperating with the investigation. No charges have been filed, and the case remains under investigation.
