Rochelle Extends Suspension of Utility Late Fees Through 2026

ROCHELLE — The City of Rochelle has approved an ordinance to suspend late fees for residential utility customers through December 31, 2026. The measure continues a practice used in recent years to assist customers who may fall behind on payments. Customers can also use short- and long-term payment plans or access an assistance program offered through Rochelle Municipal Utilities.
