SPRINGFIELD — The state of Illinois is honoring former Governor Jim Edgar. Governor Pritzker will join other state officials today in dedicating a new reading room at Illinois State Library to honor Edgar, who was Illinois’ 38th Governor. The ceremony takes place this afternoon at the Illinois State Library on South 2nd Street in Springfield.
