Rochelle Proclaims Hispanic Heritage Month

ROCHELLE – Mayor John Bearrows has proclaimed Sept. 15 through Oct. 15, 2026, as Hispanic Heritage Month in Rochelle. The proclamation recognizes the cultural heritage and contributions of Hispanic and Latino residents and encourages the community to celebrate the histories, cultures and contributions of Americans with roots in Spain, Mexico, the Caribbean, Central America and South America.
