Two Rockford Teens Charged In Incident Outside Guilford High School

ROCKFORD –   Two Rockford teens are charged following an incident outside Guilford High School.  Police say a School Resource Officer at the school received a report Friday that a car was circling the school and someone inside was seen waving a handgun.  The officer responded to the parking lot, at which time the car fled the area.  Officers located the vehicle near Alpine Road and East State Street and arrested the two 19-year-olds occupants.  Jazairon Flanagan faces multiple charges including Aggravated Unlawful Use of a Weapon, while Malakai Holman is charged with Criminal Trespass.
