O’Hare Reaches All-Time June High In Passenger Traffic

CHICAGO —  Chicago officials are touting a new record for passenger traffic at O’Hare Airport for June.  Records show that for the month, eight million travelers passed through the airport.  June was also the second busiest month for O’Hare in its 70-year history, only behind July 2019.  Mayor Brandon Johnson says O’Hare’s growth in passengers and operations this summer underscores Chicago’s historic role as a critical travel hub.
