CAMBRIDGE – A Henry County judge is allowing key witnesses to testify in the murder trial of a man charged with the murder of Trudy Appleby. The judge decided that testimony from 17 proposed witnesses can be presented at the trial of Jamison Fisher. Fisher is accused of abducting 11-year-old Trudy Appleby from her Moline home in August 1996 and strangling her to death. Her body has never been found.
