Wheel of Meat Fundraiser to Benefit Opportunity House

WATERMAN – The third annual Wheel of Meat Fundraiser will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 19, at Pub West, 100 E. Adams St. in Waterman, with proceeds benefiting Opportunity House Athletics and Recreation services. The event is organized by Maple Park Supports Special Olympics Athletes and will feature raffles, auctions and cash prizes. Opportunity House provides year round sports and recreation opportunities for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities, including basketball, soccer, cornhole, softball, golf, volleyball, bocce and bowling. Donations of liquor, wine, gift cards, event tickets and other items are being accepted for prize baskets and auction items.
