Two-Vehicle Crash in Ogle County Leads to Minor Injuries

POLO – A two-vehicle crash in Ogle County caused minor injuries on Thursday. Ogle County Deputies responded to the intersection of US Route 52 and Freeport Road, where they found an SUV driven by a 27-year-old Bettendorf, Iowa woman had collided with a van driven by a 34-year-old Dixon man. Authorities say the Iowa woman was traveling south when she allegedly failed to yield to the van. The Dixon man was transported to an area hospital for minor injuries. The Iowa woman was cited for failure to obey a stop sign.
