Teen Cited After Passing Stopped Rochelle School Bus on Mini-Bike

ROCHELLE – A teenager was cited after passing a stopped Rochelle School Bus on Thursday while operating a motorized bike. The Rochelle Police Department says they were called to an area near the intersection of Main Street and Avenue E, where they say a 14-year-old allegedly went past a school bus with the stop arm deployed around 4 PM. They were cited for that violation, plus no valid license or insurance.
