Pet of the week: Hi, I’m Butters! I’m a 1-year-old, 56-pound bundle of fun with the coolest green eyes you’ve ever seen! I’m a friendly guy who loves to play, explore, and then settle down when I’m done burning off some energy. I know “sit” and “down,” and I’m pretty good on leash too. I have an absolute blast chasing toys—seriously, that’s my favorite thing ever! I’m not super into treats, but toss me a toy and I’m all in. I get along with other dogs, though I can get a little excited when I play, and I’ve been around young kids too. Cats? Well… I think they’re very interesting, but I might need some help learning how to be gentle with them.
I would really benefit from a home where I can get lots of attention, consistency, and guidance. I’ve spent a bit too much time in a crate before, and I’m ready for a fresh start where I can learn and thrive. The good news? A big portion of my adoption fee has been Donated!!
