Sycamore Graduate Receives 2026 YEP Changemakers Scholarship

SYCAMORE — Rayna White, a recent graduate of Sycamore High School, has received the 2026 YEP Changemakers Scholarship. White was a four year member of Youth Engaged in Philanthropy and served as fundraising chair of the youth led committee during the 2025 26 program year. She said her time in YEP helped her create meaningful change in the community and gave her tools she will continue to use for the greater good. The YEP Changemakers Scholarship is a one time $1,000 award given each year to a graduating YEP member who reflects the values of youth philanthropy and honors the life and legacy of Kurt D Hudson. Applicants must have at least two years of membership, and recipients are selected by a committee of YEP alumni and members of the DeKalb County Community Foundation Board of Directors.
