OREGON – State Senator Andrew Chesney is bringing an Illinois Tollway mobile team to Oregon on March 10 to help motorists switch from plastic IPASS transponders to new sticker technology. The free event, co-hosted by Oregon Mayor Ken Williams, runs from 3 to 7 p.m. at Nash Recreation Center. Attendees should bring their current transponders and license plate numbers. IPASS balances will transfer seamlessly, and traditional transponders will remain functional for now. The switch hopes to modernize toll collection while ensuring a smooth transition for drivers.
