SANDWICH – The 137th Sandwich Fair opens today in southern DeKalb County, bringing one of Illinois’ oldest county fairs back for five days of livestock shows, entertainment, rides, and food. Admission is $10 for adults and $7 for children ages 6 to 12. Featured events include harness racing tonight, truck pulls Thursday, a Warren Zeiders concert Friday, tractor pulls Saturday, and an antique car show with demolition derby Sunday.
