(Augusta, GA) — History has been made at Augusta National after Rory McIlroy won The Masters to become the sixth player in history to complete the grand slam.
McIlroy defeated Justin Rose in a one-hole playoff to capture his first career green jacket.
The 35-year-old joins Gene Sarazen, Ben Hogan, Gary Player, Jack Nicklaus and Tiger Woods as the only players to win The Masters, PGA Championship, US Open and The Open Championship.
