ROCKFORD – A 42-year-old Rockford man is facing child porn charges. State police say agents received a tip in February and began investigating the possession of child sexual abuse materials in Winnebago County. Agents identified Wayne Bouton as the suspect. Officers searched his Rockford home last week and he was arrested at the scene. Bouton is being held in Winnebago County.
