Rockford Man Arrested After Ogle County Firearms Investigation


OREGON — The Ogle County Sheriff’s Office said its Special Operations Unit arrested a 25-year-old Rockford man after an investigation into the alleged illegal sale of firearms in Ogle County. Authorities announced Angel Guerrero of Rockford was charged with unlawful sale of a firearm, sale of an unserialized firearm, and child endangerment. Investigators said the arrest followed an extensive investigation by the Special Operations Unit. Guerrero was taken to the Ogle County Jail and was being held pending his initial court appearance.
