ROCKFORD  – Home sales in Rockford increased by 11% in February 2025 compared to the previous year, while statewide sales saw a slight uptick. The median home price in Rockford rose by 17.6% according to IllinoisRealtors.org. Across Illinois, the median sales price rose 6%, reaching $283,000, showing steady market activity despite some regional declines.
