ROCHELLE — Rochelle Municipal Utilities will begin pavement restoration work on Flagg Road between Wendell Drive and Harlan Drive on Monday, July 27. The work may continue into Tuesday, July 28, if needed. The eastbound lane will be closed during the project, with flaggers on site to direct traffic. Drivers are encouraged to use an alternate route if possible and should expect delays when traveling through the area. RMU said the restoration work will be completed as quickly and safely as possible.
