ROCHELLE – The Rochelle Police Department recently honored several members for their outstanding service.
Officer Pedro Anaya received the 2024 Traffic Enforcement Officer of the Year Award. Anaya, who joined the department in 2023 and works in the patrol division, is trained in various areas, including HAZMAT, Taser use, and CPR.
Dispatcher Robin Olszewski was named Dispatcher of the Year for their dedication and extensive training in areas such as hostage negotiations, CPR, and advanced law enforcement dispatch.
Officer Noah Knight was awarded the 2024 DUI Enforcement Officer of the Year Award. Knight, also a 2023 hire in the patrol division, is trained in LEADS, Taser use, and CPR. The Rochelle Police Department congratulates these individuals for their commitment to public safety.
