Rochelle Extends Economic Agreement with GREDCO Through 2027

ROCHELLE – The Rochelle City Council is moving to extend its revenue-sharing agreement with the Greater Rochelle Economic Development Corporation through May 2027 to align with the current mayoral term, as required by state law. The extended agreement keeps existing terms, including GREDCO receiving 5% of annual revenues from City of Rochelle Rail without a minimum or maximum limit. Funds must support rail development and other local economic growth efforts.
