ROCHELLE — Jessica Hickey, a 7th grade English Language Arts teacher at Rochelle Elementary District 231, has been honored with the Illinois Principal Association Leadership Award. Hickey, who has been with the district for four years, is recognized for her dedication to student success, her positive attitude, and her ability to build strong relationships with her students. As a key member of both the 7th grade team and the ELA department, she continues to contribute to a collaborative and supportive learning environment.
