Rochelle Electronics Recycling Saturday

ROCHELLE – The City of Rochelle will host an Electronics and Appliances Recycling drop-off event today from 8 AM to Noon at the Street Department facility, located at 251 E. 1st Avenue. This event is for Rochelle residents only. The city also offers curbside pickup for electronics and appliances every Thursday, with a $20 fee for electronics and $5 for appliances. Items eligible for pickup include refrigerators, air conditioners, washers, dryers, microwaves, and various electronics like televisions and computers. Residents can get a sticker for their items at City Hall or the RMU Customer Service Center to schedule a pickup. There will be two more events this year, July 12th and November 8th.
