ROCHELLE – The 2025 Rochelle Chamber Play Day is Thursday at Fairways Golf Course, presented by Burlington Junction Railway. Registration begins at 10:30 AM with lunch sponsored by the City of Rochelle, followed by a shotgun start at noon. The theme this year is golf film characters, and the chamber is encouraging those participating to dress up. There was a maximum of 38 foursomes that could sign up, and although all those spots are already filled, Executive Director of the Rochelle Chamber of Commerce Tricia Herrera said you can still take part.
“You can come out and you can network. You can join us for lunch,” she said. “If you do, you just need to give us a heads up so that we can include you in the count. But definitely the networking aspect of this event is probably the greatest addition, the greatest bonus that it has.”
