ROCHELLE — The south half of the alley between Kennay Farms Distillery and Fourth Avenue will be closed Friday and Saturday as Rochelle Municipal Utilities replaces an electrical service for Joyeria Ruby. Crews hope to complete the work Friday, but any delays could extend the project into Saturday. The closure is part of ongoing upgrades in downtown Rochelle.
