ROCHELLE – The Queen of Hearts drawing returns to the Floyd J. Tilton VFW Post 3878 on April 22. The jackpot starts at $94,620, and tickets are now on sale. Players must be at least 21 years old, and tickets are sold in sets of six for $5. In addition, a new second chance drawing for $100 will be held after the main drawing, which could roll-over up to $1000.
