Pritzker Awards $1.3 Million to 29 Illinois Manufacturers, Including Rockford, Genoa, and Dixon Firms

SPRINGFIELD – Gov. JB Pritzker has awarded $1.3 million to 29 small and mid-sized manufacturing companies across Illinois through the Made in Illinois Grant Program. The funding supports projects that improve innovation, productivity, and competitiveness, with grants of up to $50,000 per company. Local recipients include Imperial Punch in Rockford, J6 Polymers LLC in Genoa, and Zigler’s Machine & Metal Works in Dixon. In total, the 2025 grants support over $38 million in investments and more than 1,100 jobs statewide.
