ROCHELLE – One person was struck and seriously injured by a train in Rochelle Tuesday evening. Rochelle Fire and EMS were called to an area near the North Ninth Street Crossing, where an eastbound train on the BNSF tracks had stopped around 10:35 PM. More details are expected to be released later today.
