Oregon Man Facing Sexual Exploitation of a Child Charge

OREGON – An investigation that began back in January has led to the arrest of a 42-year-old Oregon man on Sexual Exploitation of a Child charges. The Ogle County Sheriff’s Office says that the incident occurred in rural Oregon. On Thursday, Kyle A. Gallagher was charged with a Class 4 Felony. He was taken to the Ogle County Jail.
