OREGON – The Oregon City Council has approved a $67,610 proposal from L&L Builders for interior renovations at City Hall. The work includes creating a new hallway and office, installing new drywall, ceilings, carpet and lighting, and adding electrical outlets. The project also includes a new heat pump mini split system, painting and sound insulation. The proposal excludes permit fees and construction bonds.
