ROCKFORD — One teen is dead and another is wounded following a shooting in Rockford. Police say a 19-year-old man was found shot Saturday in the 12-hundred block of Revell Avenue. An 18-year-old shooting victim was later found at the hospital. The older victim has died, while the other has injuries considered non-life-threatening. An investigation is underway.
