OSWEGO — No charges will be filed in a deadly crash in July at a Portillo’s restaurant in Oswego. Police say a vehicle slammed into the front entrance of the restaurant on Route 34 on July 30th. A two-year-old boy was killed and more than a dozen more people were injured. Oswego police concluded that driver error caused the crash.
