ROCKFORD – A new judge is being assigned to the case of a man charged in the deadly shooting at a Rockford bowling alley in 2020. A judge granted Duke Webb’s motion to have Judge John Gibbons recuse himself. The former Army sergeant is accused of shooting and killing three people and wounded several more at Don Carter Lanes in December 2020. Webb is representing himself in case.
