CHICAGO — Make A Difference Day is observed Oct. 25th as a nationwide volunteer effort to improve the lives of others through community service. The day is organized by TEGNA Corporation Communications and Points of Light. Millions of participants join local neighborhood cleanups, food drives, and charity projects across the country.
