MT. MORRIS — The Mt. Morris Firefighters Association will host its annual Independence Day Pancake Breakfast this July 4th at the fire station, 15 E. Center St. Association Secretary Michael Daleiden said proceeds help the department directly.
“It’s our forty-sixth annual Firefighters Pancake Breakfast that we hold every year to raise funds for extra items that don’t fall within our firefighting budget,” Daleiden said. “We will be serving pancakes, sausage, eggs, applesauce, muffins, coffee, milk, and orange juice, all you can eat. And we are just accepting donations at the door, and we serve from 7 a.m to 11 a.m.”
Daleiden said the Mt. Morris breakfast remains a long standing community tradition.
