ROCHELLE – Ogle County Sheriff’s Deputies responded to a motorcycle crash around 4 p.m. Friday in the 2000 block of North Illinois Route 251. The northbound motorcycle left the road, entered the east side ditch, hit a culvert, continued traveling and struck a utility pole. The driver was taken to Javon Bea Hospital in Rockford with serious injuries. Lynn-Scott-Rock Fire Department, MD 1 Services, and Blackhawk Fire Protection Ambulance assisted at the scene. The crash is under investigation.
