FORRESTON – A 23-year-old man from Leaf River was taken to FHN Memorial Hospital early Saturday after crashing his motorcycle in the 9000 block of West Illinois 72. Ogle County deputies responded just after midnight and found the rider had lost control and gone into the westbound ditch. He was cited for failure to report the accident and for operating an uninsured vehicle, with a court date pending.
