(Lake Forest, IL) — The Bears held day two of training camp on Thursday at Halas Hall in Lake Forest.
Quarterback Caleb Williams says he has a strategy to achieve head coach Ben Johnson’s goal of a 70 percent passer completion average. He mentioned that if he hits the easy passes when they’re there, be in rhythm, and be confident in himself and his receivers.
Williams says he has lost up to 15 pounds to be more agile both inside the pocket and when he breaks loose.
The Bears’ first preseason game is August 15th against the Browns at Soldier Field.
