MONROE TOWNSHIP — The Monroe Township Fire Protection District will celebrate its 75th anniversary on Sunday, Aug. 9, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Monroe Township Fire Department. The event will mark 75 years of service, volunteers, and community partnerships dating back to 1951. Activities will include fire apparatus and equipment displays, historical exhibits, a car show, a kids zone, food, entertainment, and community organization showcases. The celebration is open to the public and is designed to recognize the people and partners who have supported the fire district over the years.
