Midwest Summit on Leadership Announces 2026 Speaker Lineup

DIXON — Organizers have announced the speaker lineup for the 2026 Midwest Summit on Leadership, set for May 21 at the Historic Dixon Theatre, with three speakers scheduled to lead sessions focused on leadership, decision making, and performance.

The event will bring together business leaders, entrepreneurs, and community members for a day of discussion and professional growth, with headlining speakers Dr. Alonzo Kelly, Tasha Garcia, and Dustin E. James.

Kelly, an executive coach, professor, and author, returns to the summit after previously speaking at the event, while Garcia, a web operations leader and community builder, will share her experience in leadership development and team management.

James, an international speaker and corporate trainer, will also present, focusing on performance and workplace culture.

The summit will include a lunch workshop led by Dr. Sara Dail, Assistant Superintendent of Sterling Public Schools, along with networking opportunities.
