ROCKFORD — A man is charged in a Rockford shooting last month. Police say a man was found shot April 12th in the 13-hundred block of North Winnebago Street. He was transported to a local hospital for a non-life-threatening injury. Investigators identified the suspect as Montrese Harris. He was arrested on gun charges and is being held at the Winnebago County jail.
