ROCHELLE — The RMU Water Department will close the westbound lane of Wiscold Drive near Caron Road today for construction at the Well 8 site. Traffic will remain open in both directions, but minor delays are possible as crews work to complete repairs. The closure is intended to protect workers and motorists, and drivers are advised to use caution and allow extra travel time.
