KIRKLAND – A bridge project in Kirkland will be getting underway at the start of the month. The Village was notified that the Pearl Street Bridge Project will begin on Tuesday, weather permitting. Prep work is already underway, and residents will see construction equipment parked at Pioneer Park. Detour signs will be posted.
