BYRON – The Byron Public Library will be helping motorists switch from plastic IPASS transponders to the new sticker system today. The free event runs from 11 AM to 4 PM at the library. Attendees should bring their current transponders and license plate numbers. IPASS balances will transfer seamlessly, and traditional transponders will remain functional for now. The switch hopes to modernize toll collection while ensuring a smooth transition for drivers.
